Changing the domain of bibo:shortTitle to include bibo:Collections (so bibo:Journal and such)

We have to change the domain of the bibo:shortTitle to include the bibo:Collections. Otherwise, one can't use bibo:shortTitle to describe a bibo:Journal for example.

The domain should be the union of both bibo:Document and bibo:Collection.
